Welcome to www.hausmerk.com. This website is owned and operated by the company HAUSMERK, based at Avenue Van Volxem 475, 1190 Brussels in Belgium with VAT number BE0891.332.307. Request for information may be addressed to info@hausmerk.com. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions.


The Terms and Conditions, the order form and the order confirmation constitute the sale contract between Hausmerk and yourself upon the sale of the ordered products. You acknowledge, prior to placing an order that you have read and agreed to all the information aforementioned. We reserve the right to make alterations to these Terms and Conditions as well as the right to withdraw or amend any offers without notice. 



First of all, thank you for your interest in Hausmerk. All orders that you place on our website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

An order can only be placed on our website www.hausmerk.com. Make sure you fill in the order form accurately. Hausmerk may not be held responsible for any incorrect personal details entered by you nor for the consequences related to any delays or extra costs during the delivery process.

Once you submitted the order form, you will receive an order confirmation by email within two working days to confirm the order including all elements (such as the list of ordered products, price, shipping costs…).

The contract shall only be effective upon our confirmation email, as stated above, and the order will be established once you will make the corresponding payment. Any products on the order form that we have not confirmed do not form part of the sale contract. 


 If you wish to cancel your order you can always email us at info@hausmerk.com, this within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. In that case follow our return instructions. 



Prices indicated in EURO are inclusive of 21% Belgian VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of purchase does not include the shipping costs, which are extra. Said costs will be indicated in the order summary before payment.

Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing on our website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you or ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price, or notify we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you about the product’s lead-time in the order confirmation. Promotional offers will be mentioned clearly onsite with period of effectiveness.


All payment transactions will be conducted securely via STRIPE. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and Diners Club are all accepted. None of your personal payment information will be recorded or retained by Hausmerk.

Customers living in Belgium and The Netherlands will be able to make an online payment with their own bank using Bancontact/Mister Cash and iDEAL. These debit card transactions will be conducted securely via MOLLIE. Again, none of your personal payment information will be recorded or retained by Hausmerk.

You will also have the option to pay by bank transfer. The only requirement is that you have a European bank account. Just follow the checkout process and select Bank Transfer as your method of payment. 


We take great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see depend on your monitor’s display and color capability so it may vary as a result. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the pictures are an accurate representation of the actual items. Please note there may be color variations dependent on the production batch and natural variations.


You must respect all intellectual and industrial property rights attached to the products delivered by Hausmerk in full and unconditionally. All rights, including copyright, for this website are owned by Hausmerk. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing them in whole or part, other than for your own personal non-commercial use is prohibited without written permission from Hausmerk.


The customer always has a 24 months warranty period if something is wrong with the product, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty claim should be send to us as soon as possible. The warranty does not cover damages, breaks or malfunctions from non-respect of precautionary measures. 


To the fullest extent possible, we provide accurate content on this website. Occasionally there may be price changes, sold out goods and unintentional errors on the website. We reserve the right not to be liable for errors or changes incurred in this respect. Unless otherwise stated, no employee, affiliate or representative of Hausmerk is liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products and services sold on this website.







Hausmerk delivers primarily within the EU, USA and Canada by using Bpost postal services. We strive to ship all orders within the mentioned lead-times in the product description. In case your country isn't one of our current shipping destinations, please contact us at info@hausmerk.com for more information.
Please note that the shipping costs are not included in the unit price of each product and will be charged separately on each order. Delivery costs are calculated according to a parcel’s weight and destination. Your parcel(s) may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately Hausmerk has no control over customs fees and import duties and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order.
You can have your order delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This address should just be mentioned as delivery address on the order form. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a PO Box address and during holidays orders are not shipped nor delivered.
If you wish to change your delivery address you can contact us at info@hausmerk.com, this within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation. 


If you have not received your order or it is late please contact us. We will use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that the estimated lead-times are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries, which are due to circumstances outside of our control.

If you are repeatedly absent, thus preventing delivery at the address indicated on the order form, and after delivery has been attempted a maximum number of times as stated in the carrier’s general conditions, the order will be returned to Hausmerk. You will be notified by email. The total cost of re-delivery will be borne by you. 


All orders placed on www.hausmerk.com are processed once a week and we aim to dispatch them within the estimated lead-times. Once dispatched you should receive the goods within 1-3 working days in Belgium and 7-10 working days for other EU destinations. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologize for any inconvenience caused but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries, which are due to circumstances outside of our control. Possible delays do not give you the right to cancel the sale contract, refuse the merchandise or claim damages and interests. 


There may be occasions where you feel it’s necessary to return an item. 

In case the product is faulty, please contact us at info@hausmerk.com within 3 days of receipt. If possible, please describe the problem and send us some images. 

If you are unhappy with a product for a particular reason, please contact us at info@hausmerk.com within 14 days of receipt and let us know why you would like to return the item. Please do not send any item back until you have contacted us first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement by Hausmerk. 

If your return has been approved by us, items must be returned in perfect, unused and saleable condition within 14 days from your notification. We will offer you an exchange or refund the price at which you purchased the product. Freight will not be refunded. Unless we made a mistake by sending you a wrong product, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us. The shipping expenses for returning an order are not covered by Hausmerk and must be paid by you. 

All products must be returned in their original packaging. Packaging must not be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. If the product or packaging is damaged when we receive them, it is not possible to grant you a refund.

We strongly advise you to package the return items very carefully and use insured delivery with a proof of postage certificate. If you intend to cancel your sale contract in accordance with our cancellation and return policy, you must take good care of the goods pending their return to us. Once you have received the goods, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. We regret we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.


You will be refunded within 14 days once we have received the returned items in perfect, unused and saleable condition in our warehouse. Refunds are generally made via bank transfer so we may need your bank details. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded.
